We have set the Neighborhood NFT mint prices based upon the real-world population of the underlying postal code. Neighborhood NFTs with the largest populations can generate significantly more income for the Neighborhood NFT owner (like a landlord collecting rent). All Neighborhood NFTs are priced at a small fraction of the potential rent revenue that can be earned from new mint sales alone (not including secondary trading royalties).
